Olivia's Family Tells Their Family's Story with Yearly Photo Books!


 

Chris and Mike came to share one of Olivia's family's traditions-designing yearly photo books chronicling their extended families' activities during the past year.  Mike explained the difference between "nuclear" and "extended" family members to the children and talked about how people are related.  The children concluded that a "cousin" was "a friend that was also related"  and that some could be "friend boys." (Eleanor)  

Mike, a self proclaimed "Computer Geek" designs the literary and photographic treasures.  Mike and Chris further explained that the gorgeous photos of the family (three generations)    that includes family pets, were taken by Mike's brother.

Olivia has lots of cousins and one that even looks just like her!  Olivia appeared proud to share her family's special activity and Mom and Dad!
